1. Why is my account not taking as many trades as the EA Master account?
Answer: This is most likely due to the account size difference of your account compared to ours (E.A. Master). If there is a significant difference in account balance your account will take less trades and less frequently but profit per month will equal the same if not better!
2. How many different pairs does your algorithm trade?
Answer: Our bread and butter is EURUSD and a small amount of GBPUSD. Our algo is specifically designed to work with these pairs and has had great success for years!
3. How do I withdraw profits?
Answer: This will be done through the brokerage that you decided to go with. Brokerage accounts are separate from The Eminence algo and our login portal. All monetary transactions are done through them.
4. What is the magic number?
Answer: The magic number is a unique number that is linked to the trade taken on your account. This is to differentiate between other trades and know which ticket is assigned to which.
5. Looking into trading stats of the master account why is it that the profit per month has drastically changed since last year?
Answer: Different market conditions generate different results. Another reason for the change is the settings have been adjusted to adapt to the current trading environment and are now more conservative for the time being.
6. How many accounts can I have connected to the algorithm at once?
Answer: You can have up to 2 accounts connected to our algorithm at any given time.
7. If I were to add more funds into my account do I need to adjust any settings for it to work properly?
Answer: Adding or lowering account balance will be automatically adjusted from our side so there is no need to adjust settings as it is automated.
8. How does the multiplier work?
Answer: The multiplier is automatically set at 1.0 but can be adjusted to fit your risk tolerance. For example if you were to change the multiplier to 2.0 your account would see double the profit yet also double the risk/drawdown.
9. How do I find my brokerage account number and login password?
Answer: Typically the best place to find this information will be in an email that the brokerage sent when you first created that account.
10. Which site or link should I use to access my account progress as well as the master account?
Answer: To login and view your account and the master go to trade.eminencepro.io
11. My account has not entered trades in days. Is this normal?
Answer: The algorithm will enter trades on your account once it detects a good position to enter in the market. This could be a normal occurrence and nothing to worry about.
12. What is the average monthly profit?
Answer: Every month is different but you may see an average of 5-10% per month on the conservative side.
13. If something extreme were to happen in the market what risk protection do I have?
Answer: We have a coded and built in stop less set at 50% meaning you will not be able to lose more than half of your account balance.
14. How do I withdraw my profits?
Answer: Profit withdrawals are processed directly through the brokerage account you have selected. It’s important to note that brokerage accounts are separate from the Eminence Algo and our login portal.
All financial transactions, including withdrawals, are managed through your chosen brokerage.
